Privacy Policy

TERMS AND SERVICE: 1. In order to guarantee booking, 60% payment of the pro forma invoice is required within seven – (7) days from today‘s date stated on the pro forma invoice. 2. Should the requested amount not be paid in due time, the 60% payment will be forfeited and the booking automatically cancelled. 3. Should the final bill exceed the payment received, the balance will have to be settled at the end of the function prior to the departure of the clients. 4. Bookings & final numbers must be received at least 72 hours in advance 5. Client’s will be surcharged for company properties taken away 6. Highgate Hotel will not be liable for any loss or damage to the client’s property whilst on our premises 7. Highgate Hotel will not be liable for failure to comply with the terms of this function sheet due to cause beyond its control, including inclement weather conditions and Act of God 8. Maximum Allocated time for venue hire is five (5) hours; Allocated Conference hours will be based on the selected conference package 9. Over Time: If and when agreeable the time of function may be extended at the pro-ratable, overtime rate of GH¢ 250 per hour, to be paid prior to the overtime period. 10. It will be at the discretion of Highgate Hotel to determine how many staff are required to service an event
